  • Orders placed before 12 PM GMT on a business day will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM GMT or during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time.
  • You can check the status of your delivery via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man.
  • International shipping is available to most countries. If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, our courier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your parcel from a local depot.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • In the case of undeliverable packages (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept the package), the item will be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery at an additional cost.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Unfortunately, we cannot split orders to be delivered to multiple addresses. If you require products to be sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
